Mobile truck scale basically consists of various modules which are bolted and assembled at the site. The platform and the bottom frame are steel fabricated and comes with prefabricated ramps. The bottom frame of the system works as foundation which is placed on the surface. The top plate is steel checkered. The load sensors are installed between the bottom frame and top frame.

Standard truck scale foundation and installation may take around 2-3 months while mobile platform can be installed in as low as 2-3 hours time.
