PTFE Equipment Wires are available in 3 categories: Unscreened, Screened, and Sheathed. PTFE Cables are available in 3 voltage grades: 250 Vrms, 600 Vrms and 1000 Vrrns. Conductor (silver plated copper) single or stranded, sizes from AWGI0 to AWG32. Current carrying capacity from 6 Amps to more than 100 Amps (Cross sectional area of conductor from 0.031 mm square to 4.650 mm square).

PTFE Multicore Wires can be used to transmit low voltage, RF, or digital signals in the vicinity of high temperatures. Unscreened or screened. Jacketing of PTFE as well as PVC can be supplied. All types of signaling, communication and telephone cables fall in this category of PTFE Multicore Wires.

We offer a wide range of PTFE (Corona Resistant) High Voltage Wire in 4 KV AC/9 KV DC to 22 KV AC/50 KV DC working.

Conductors: All PTFE insulated wires and cables are manufactured using silver plated copper conductor properly annealed both in single or stranded construction. For Furnace applications nickel plated conductors are supplied.

Colours: All types of wire and cable are available in eleven standard electronic colours. Also transparent (natural) insulation can be supplied. Full range of wires and cables are available in bi-colour or tri-colour combinations (one or two spiral strips over any background colour) This is specially useful for multicore cables having large number of cores.

Extension and compensating leads for accurate measurement of temperature in hostile environments, PTFE Thermocouple Cables are manufactured to extremely high tolerance and are suitable for the most demanding applications in a wide range of industries. PTFE Thermocouple Wires are also available in Multicore form. With PTFE Thermocouple Wires, Substantial performance and economic benefits can be achieved over conventional insulation. The conductors have thermal emf. value as per DIN-43760. Type T,K,E and J can be supplied.
