RUBALOY-70 is a popular choice and widely used grade of fluxed acrylonitrile (NBR Rubber) blended with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin in 70:30 ratio. It is non-staining and good resistant to oil, fuel, abrasion, flame and ozone.

• Very easily processable on conventional Rubber processing / compounding machines.
  
  
• NBR Rubber Rubaloy-70 is very good filler and plasticizer absorption makes compounding cycle quick, cost saving and labour saving.
  
  
• Warm mixing mill compounding is recommended for best results.
  
  
• This NBR Rubber can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures.
  
  
• Recommended plasticizers are DOP, DOA, DOS, DBP, TCR, CPO and other aromatic Plasticizers. Paraffinic based softners are not recommended.

Storage: Store in original packaging and makes sure to keep away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.

Application of NBR Rubber : RUBALOY-70 can be used in a variety of rubber compounding applications such as: moulded gaskets, oil-fuel seals, o-rings, extrusions, grommets, industrial and hydraulic hoses, high hardness compounds and automotive applications. It is also used to pass ASTM ozone and fuel requirements.
